The Home Office publishes a public register of every organisation licensed to sponsor Skilled Worker visas. Before a listing reaches you, we check the employer against that register directly — not a guess based on company size or past hiring. If the licence isn't there, the listing doesn't qualify as a match.

Most job boards don't check whether a listing can actually lead to sponsorship — they just show you what's posted. We built FirstSponsored to close that gap: every role is checked against the UK Government's own Register of Licensed Sponsors before it reaches you, so what you see has already cleared that bar. Every Tuesday, 3-5 roles matched to your field and visa stage — each one cross-checked against the UK's official Register of Licensed Sponsors, which currently lists over 125,000 organisations and is updated roughly every two weeks. Checking that manually, one employer at a time, isn't realistic. That's the actual problem this solves.
What waiting costs
The Graduate visa itself is shrinking. For any application submitted from 1 January 2027 onward, the post-study work period drops from 2 years to 18 months (PhD holders keep 3 years). If you're finishing a degree in 2026, the runway to find sponsored work is getting shorter.
