1. Acceptance of these terms

By signing up for or using FirstSponsored, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What FirstSponsored is

FirstSponsored is a job intelligence service. We check job listings against the UK Government's public Register of Licensed Sponsors and send you a weekly email of roles matched to your field and visa stage. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the UK Home Office or GOV.UK.

3. What FirstSponsored is not

FirstSponsored does not provide immigration advice. Nothing we send you — including references to sponsor status, visa stages, or the Graduate or Skilled Worker visa routes — should be treated as legal or immigration advice. Immigration advice in the UK is regulated, and we are not a registered immigration adviser. For guidance specific to your situation, please consult an adviser regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC), a qualified immigration solicitor, or the Home Office directly.

We also don't guarantee that any listed employer will sponsor you, that any application will be successful, or that a company's sponsor status won't change. Sponsor status reflects the official register at the time we check it — we recommend always verifying current status directly on GOV.UK before relying on it for a decision.

4. Using the service

You must provide an accurate email address and be using the service for its intended purpose — finding sponsored roles in the UK. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to scrape, resell, or redistribute the content we send you, or to interfere with the service's operation.

5. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to verify listings against the official register at the time of matching, but job markets and sponsor status change quickly. We can't guarantee that every listing remains accurate, open, or sponsoring by the time you see it.

6. Third-party links

Our emails and site may link to third-party sites, including GOV.UK and individual employers. We're not responsible for the content or accuracy of external sites we don't control.

7. Limitation of liability

FirstSponsored is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on information we provide.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service develops. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
